In case of the Conference cancellation due to the COVID-19 virus pandemic, the full amount will be refunded at the author / participant / sponsor request.

In case of the participant / sponsor cancellation, the refund will be made as follows:

• Until May 1^st 2021 70% of payment
• Between 15^th and 28^th of May 2021 50% of payment
• From May 28^th 2021 no refund will be made.
